Every vehicle that enters our facility is thoroughly inspected and documented. This documentation includes an electronic copy of our in-depth visual inspection which is sent to you via text message or email as a PDF for your convenience.
On that vehicle inspection, we categorize each of your vehicle’s systems into an easy-to-understand, colour-coded grading system. If something is graded poorly, a description as to why the technician feels that part may need to be replaced or serviced will be provided. This way, you can better understand what isn’t working as it should, and exactly what is needed to fix it.
